I,_______________________________(print your name), have read and agreed to the Terms of Service document found on the AYKsolutions LLC website and have willfully and knowingly paid/signed-up for AYKsolutions LLC hosting services (shared/reseller, VPS or Dedicated) now and any time in the future. I also knowingly and willingly give AYKsolutions LLC the authorization to charge any credit card I add to my myAYK account to pay due invoices in full, whether automatically or manually.
