Make sure you have the database on your home computer, saved in either .sql or .sql.gz format.

1. Log in to Cpanel and choose "phpmyadmin".
2. At the top left, click the "SQL" icon (located between the 'Exit' and the '?' icons).
3. Click Import tab in the new window.
4. Choose "Browse" and select your database backup from your local computer.
5. Click "Go".
